It is important to know who you will be working with, lets face it, this is a people business!
In fact, if this wasn't a people business, I wouldn't be in it! It is the interaction I have with my models and clients that drives me in my photography and art!
I'm highly enthusiastic, charismatic and confident, yet extremely personable, which more than anything enables me to achieve my shots, especially when it comes down to my artistic work. I'll take the initiative to direct my work, and though I will not stop until I have my shot, I'm generally quick to achieve this.
Though I can shoot in a studio, my ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and situations ensure the vast majority of my work is shot out there in the real world; this is where I perform to my very best.
Shooting in-situ excites me, as rather than painstakingly planning a specific outcome, you develop with the situation, never quite knowing what the final shot will be – and this often leads to the very best images.
I don't for a second believe you can meticulously plan a truly great image.
