I work directly with clients to understand their brand, define strengths and opportunities, address weaknesses and threats then write a prescription for an integrated communication plan that forms the bedrock to all communication from advertising through to one to one, digital, design, promotion etc etc.. Together we decide if the execution of this plan is best carried out by a large agency or by a small group of discipline specialists that work with me. Either way I then manage the process through to completion.
